Youth Committee

The STAND-UP Youth Committee is a large part of the STAND-UP Task Force. The Youth Committee brings awareness to issues in the community and advocating to make a positive change in Mundelein. 

The Youth Committee, known as the Youth Advisory Club, meets monthly at Mundelein High School. For 2023-2024 school year, the Youth Advisory Club will meet every second Monday of the month after school. During this time, the youth advisory club will work on prevention measures in their school. Some topics include:

                   Social Hosting (Parents who Host)

                   Red Ribbon Week

                   Bullying Prevention Month

                   Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month

                   College & Career Exploration Resources

                   Life Skills 

                   Mental Health and Community Health Resources
